Intended Parents
Here at Lumene, we believe that all the Intended Parents deserve premium service during their journey on family creation.
What Is Gestational Surrogacy?
Gestational Surrogacy usually involves two main parties - the Intended Parent(s) and the gestational carrier. It occasionally involves an egg or sperm donor. The IVF doctor retrieves eggs from the intended mother or the egg donor and sperms from the Intended father or the sperm donor. The eggs will be fertilized with the sperms using In Vitro Fertilization(IVF) and implanted into the uterus of the gestational carrier during embryo transfer. For gestational surrogacy, the gestational carrier is not genetically related to the child/children.
